Delivery
Wedding dresses and accessories can be sent to any point of the world.
Usually delivery takes 2 to 15 working days. To learn about the methods of delivery, contact the company’s management personally.
If necessary, our company provides all the documents for our products.

2. Do you use glue?
No, we do not use glue, all work is done manually. Embroidered embroidery with crystal, pearls, beads. We can use glue only at the request of the client, which, by the way, can affect the price.
3. For what period does the order be canceled and do I need an advance payment?
The order is written off from two weeks to a month, depending on the number of dresses ordered.
The minimum order is three units. There is an advance payment of 50% of the order value, and the rest of the payment must be made before sending the order.
4. You can send us an order formally?
At the request of customers, dresses are sent by international transport organizations and we issue documents for this order.
5. Can I order a corset from one dress, and a skirt from another?
If this is technologically possible, we are making such concessions for regular customers.
6. Would you be able to sew a dress in our picture?
No, we do not do such things. Our TM works only with those products that are born in our production.
7. You can order a dress by individual measures?
Yes, no problem. To do this, you need to know the OG, OT, OB and the growth of the bride.
For individual tailoring, we take not a great deal from the initial price.
8. Tell me, would you be able to sew an urgent dress for a couple of days?
If you really, really need, we can put this dress out of turn, but it's the envy of the model and our workload.
